This is a Google Earth satellite image. It has overlays showing the exact extent of the ten parcels of beautiful lakeside land. When 2 or more plots are purchased at the same time, a 5% rebate applies.

Each parcel has it own independent road access and has all utilities available; Internet (optic cable), local and overseas TV (dish), electricity (govt. supply), sewage (locally constructed), water from lake, (filtered), most mobile phones have reception in this area. Every parcel has lake shore access and roadways already on site.
Prices range from 2.2 million baht, for Thai Rosewoods and Burma Woods, to 6.7 million baht for the Island parcel which includes the island and a large area covered in jackfruit and cotton trees. There is a metal suspended bridge connecting the two pieces of land.
The Homestead parcel has a large timber house on the edge of the lake, the base is built from Mai Daeng timber over 100 years old, said to be twice as hard as Teak or Mahogany.
The Thai Rosewoods parcel includes 4 habitable huts. a laundry and a double toilet building. Some huts are fitted with toilets and showers. The main attraction of this parcel are the more than a hundred Thai Rosewoods, a protected native tree, and the bamboo.
Similar properties, without all of the extras here, are available but at much higher prices. Why pay more for less?

It has been observed that possibly there is something, a nutrient or mineral that enhances the
growth of plants on the ground surrounding the lakes, and that are irrigated with lake water.
No scientific study has been completed yet but when the same batch of seedlings were planted on adjacent grower's piece of land, they grew alright but at only at around 60% as well. They were not so solid green and definitely not as tall. These plants were otherwise treated the same way, at lakeside plants but with a different water source.
Also the fertilizer used is unknown as at the time we were not testing anything, it may have been similar to the lake plants, or not, this is unsure.
Lake plants were fertilized with;
-
Compost: Made from decomposed organic matter, banana leaves, and grass clippings and heavily mixed with animal manure from water buffalo. Occasionally bone meal was added to the compost, which was made up from ground-up animal bones.

Fish emulsion: Made from fish waste and used as a liquid fertilizer. This was taken from a local fish farm which is also a pig breeder farm.

Deep Gully: The largest parcel with smallest lake frontage. Water supply from lake. Access roads are in place. Own entrance. Teak and Dakiang.
Dragon Hill: Beautiful views. Many native trees in their second year. Crisana and Ching Chang.
Burnt Stump: Dry lakes planted with Dakiang natives. Coffee, Yang Na, Pomelo and Durian.
Foongfaa: Lychees trees are well established and fruit most years. Five rows of dragon fruit put in 2 years ago. Blossoming bougainvillea bushes of many different colors. Main gate in place.
Thai Rosewoods: This parcels contains the 4 huts with showers and toilets and over 100 Thai Rosewood trees. Over 100 established bamboos grow in with the rosewoods. Watering system installed with water pumped from Taro Lake.
The Thai baht parcel prices do not change, however the conversions into other currencies may change.

If you want 'whatever' there are easier, less hassle ways of having things.
The law of the land says . . .
If a foreigner wants to purchase land there are two courses they can take. One is actually not by owning the property at all but instead leasing it for an extended, 30-year lease, with 2 further 30-year leases built in for automatic renewal. This makes 'your free access to live-on, build-on,' i.e. ownership, solid for 90 years. Most of these cases involve a foreigner marrying a Thai citizen in which the Thai purchases the land and stipulates a lease with the foreigner, or by using a legal office of good standing. It is important to note that if this is the course you’re taking that you ensure all of the information on the deed is accurate and that the land you lease has an appropriate title.
Things are much much easier if you hold US citizenship. The current owners are British/Thai, any nationality is workable. Just ask us to facilitate for you.
Another alternative is to set up a Thai Limited Company. If you choose to go this route, be aware that as a foreigner, you cannot hold half or more than half of the company’s shares. Therefore, the company must be 51% Thai owned. There is one lone exception made for United States citizens. There is in place a treaty with the United States and Thailand for full ownership for Americans. The Thai ownership can then sign over the company to you.
Ownership will be transferred to you, at the time the whole package of ten parcels changes to chanote. Ownership cannot be handled one-by-one, unless of course it is after the chanote surveys have taken place.
