The product powders are compressed into large pods, which look like a double or treble size pill about 2cm across - about the size of Maltesers chocolates. > > >

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Each pod forms a compact, solid unit with no loose powder.

The pods are carefully packed in sterilized banana leaves, arranged in six rows of ten, creating an appealing and naturally presented package. Only eco-friendly materials are used. The result is a hygienic, visually attractive product that is consistently well-received by customers.

GETTING STARTED

New Partners will receive support in planting the initial crops, installing pod production equipment, and setting up packing operations. Upon joining, you gain full ownership of your selected land parcel, as well as the production and packing equipment.
It is the choice of the partner to decide if packaging will be handled by his on-site team (personnelle arranged) or if an outside contractor will be used to fulfill the labelling and packaging needs. In the past we have used outside contractors with great success.

BARK, SEEDS, ROOTS, CUTTINGS, PLANTS PROVIDED

You’ll also be provided with the native plant varieties required for the specific ingredients required for your selected coffee blend. Labor for planting and initial care and support is included free of charge for the first three months.

This initial phase serves as your training period, where you’ll learn cultivation techniques and how to meet your ingredient quotas. There are currently 34 different plants contributing to 10 distinct product blends. Each partner is responsible for growing between the specific ingredients required. This ingredient mix is added to the base mix. The base mix is cultivated off-site by local farmers.

LAUNCH PLAN

The official launch will proceed as soon as either the earliest feasible date arrives or sufficient product inventory has been produced to meet expected demand from upcoming publicity efforts. Due to a previous launch of similar products during 2019-2020 (details available), a very close production requirement is known.

ABOUT THE FORBIDDEN MAGIK PROJECT

The Forbidden Magik Project is a holistic venture focused on growing, producing, and marketing premium-quality, energy-boosting coffee alternatives, cultivated in Thailand.

All blends are based on a standard mix which includes mostly locally produced Thai Coffee Beans (Arabica or Robusta) as well as;

Kratom (Mitragyna speciose), gently blending is crucial,
Coconut Milk, Cream, or Water, adds a rich creamy texture,
Saigon cinnamon, adds a warm, slightly spicy note,
Palm sugar, natural sweetener made from the sap of sugar palm trees,
Ginger or Lemongrass (optional). These flavors can give a refreshing kick and balance kratom’s earthy flavor.

Optional Add-ins for Functional Benefits:

Ginseng: A local ingredient used for boosting energy and endurance, which pairs well with the stimulating properties of coffee and kratom.
Lemongrass: A common Thai herb that adds a citrusy, sharpish or refreshing undertone.

As a Partner, you invest in and actively participate in Forbidden Magik Ltd., a registered legal entity based in Kanchanaburi, Thailand.

2. Your Own Land Parcel
& Company Shares

Each Syndicate Partner receives a designated parcel of lakeside land at Hin Dat, specifically for growing coffee blending ingredients. Only water from the lake may be used for cultivation. This is due to the mineral properties contained in the lake water.

Partners earn monthly company dividends based on the number and type of shares they hold across four categories:

Hin Dat Shares,
Product Shares, (also known as 'Ingredient Shares')
Promotion Shares,
Management Shares.

This four-share system ensures that every Partner is fairly compensated according to their contribution to the company’s overall production and success.

Flexible Investment Model

The Syndicate offers a flexible model, allowing each Partner to choose their level of involvement.

Partners can take an active role by participating across all four share categories — including land ownership, ingredient cultivation & product development, Forbidden Magik brand promotion, and management — or opt for a purely investment approach by holding only Hin Dat Shares (with Promotion shares or not).

Investors - wanting to remain passive - may appoint someone to operate their land parcel, or the Co-operative can assign a trusted grower or manager to run it on their behalf. This ensures every contribution, whether hands-on or hands-off, is fully supported and fairly rewarded.

In Thailand: Kratom was removed from the narcotics list in 2021 and is now regulated under the Kratom Plant Act B.E. 2565 (2022), which allows the trading, use, import, and export of kratom.

Furthermore, the Ministry of Public Health has allowed the use of kratom in food and drink, food supplements, and herbal products.

MAKE YOUR CHOICE

Partners have the flexibility to participate in all four activities to earn the maximum monthly dividends. Alternatively, they may choose a more passive role by participating only in the Hin Dat shares option.

Those who invest in land and also support promotional activities are eligible to receive dividends from both the Hin Dat shares and the Promotions shares, allowing them to benefit from both revenue streams.

Only those fully involved may participate in management and receive Management Shares.

NOTE: The percentages shown above, and all other major decisions, may be modified by a vote of Syndicate Members which exceeds 65% of all votes. Managers alone are unable to make any modifications to Syndicate operations.

Any suggestion made by a majority of managers may be put to a meeting of Syndicate Members for a decision.

3. Choice of Land Parcel

The lake water’s specific composition of minerals and bioavailable nutrients—such as magnesium, potassium, and trace elements—enhances the growth of key ingredients, resulting in a coffee blend with distinctive flavor and naturally energizing qualities.

This project is fully capable of operating independently, producing and selling premium coffee blends and energy elixirs. However, there is a compelling long-term vision to expand its potential by attracting visitors from Bangkok and beyond.

Informal research conducted at the tourist offices on Khao San Road, Bangkok suggests that the property could become a highly popular destination for travelers.

The property itself is a tranquil retreat, featuring three picturesque lakes—including a large central lake with its own island—and a diverse range of plants and trees. It presents a unique opportunity to develop a nature-based experience for visitors.

Guests will have several options: they can enjoy day visits, stay overnight in comfortable on-site huts, or book accommodation at a well-known international hotel just 2 km away.

This flexibility paves the way for future hospitality revenue streams and increased brand visibility, making it an appealing opportunity for early-stage investors.

Becoming an Investor in the Forbidden Magik Syndicate Project

Joining Forbidden Magik is simple, exciting, and one-of-a-kind.

As an investor, you purchase shares in the company, where the number of shares allocated depends on the land parcel you choose. Each investor selects a parcel from the available options, and that parcel becomes part of your investment. You’ll become a shareholder in our new company, Forbidden Magik Ltd., with the option to increase your investment over time if you wish.

Our unique coffee blends not only taste amazing, but also offer natural health and energy benefits—making them highly desirable in today’s market. We're building something that’s sustainable, profitable, and aligned with global trends in wellness and conscious consumption.

As an investor you will grow between one and four varieties of plants for ingredients. If your parcel becomes insufficient to grow enough then suitable pH-correct and textured land is available in the surrounding district. You can if you wish grow any other crops you wish; grapes are a real possibility and grow in the area. Other suggestions; strawberries, pineapples, mangoes, bananas.

We’ve made the entry and purchase process as smooth and flexible as possible. One standout feature is our part-payment option: you can begin your investment with a deposit and pay the remaining balance over the following 12 months. Just ask us about this simple and helpful payment plan.

Importantly, while you're welcome to be hands-on, there’s no requirement for you to be on the ground in Thailand to participate. If you prefer, we can appoint a trusted “growing and mixing manager” to oversee your contribution to the project. During this time, your returns will be paid out as normal, just like any other active investor.

6. Onboard & Training on Site

New investors may join our onboarding program - covering land management, ingredient growing, local regulations, and productions basics.

For the first three months, new members will be provided with the native plants, seeds, barks, stems, or other varieties required to start growing the ingredients required for their selected Forbidden Magik coffee product.

The base mix consisting of coffee, already mixed with the base ingredients; kratom, natural MTC, cocoa nibs, crushed cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, or palm sugar, dried lemongrass.

New members also receive a hands-on experienced worker to guide to assist during the transitional few months.

The New 2025 Coffee Blends

Base Mix Has Not Changed.

Best selling flavors from the old range that sold so well, have been kept. Their blend names have been updated, as follows.

Japan: Best sellers across the Japanese market in 202 were; Mudooze Delight, and Figuccino. with Fuguccino selling around 400 packets in the last three quarters.

In the UK Figuccino has sold (614 packets, over the 6 quarters) more than double its second place which was Mudooze Delight.

In the USA Beanburst took the top sales place, with average of 77 packets/Quarter. Chicolatte Smooth, Mudooze Delight, Figuccino, Beanpod Euphoria, and Mushroom Magic, all sold close to Beanburst. Caramel Nude Pods also sold with very high numbers.

Online Sales: Mudooze Delight was the best-seller, with Beanpod Euphoria coming in second place.

During the same 6 quarters, when we were marketing via reselling agents, the online sales were higher than any other country.

ONLINE - Total sold 6224 packets
Japan Agent - Total sold 4019 packets
UK Agent - Total sold 3323 packets
California Agent - Total sold 4254 sold
ALL SALES - 18,033 PACKETS.

The retail price of each product often varied and changed again in each location.
However the average price per packet was US $27.50.

The New Blends:
The products in red ink, are the same blends as the old range. These are the best sellers.
The old names have been kept. Kong Vitalis, Caramel Alchemy (a new root blend but still using the same base mix), Temple Ground (supplied by a friendly monk but keeping the old base mix), Caramel Lucent is the same blend as the Caramel Nude Pods, and Kratora Elixir, is a coffee blend, despite the 'elixir' name, heavily assisted by a copious supply of kratom and a blend of; maca root powder, Lion’s mane mushroom powder, Lion’s mane mushroom powder, and Cacao powder. A plethora of other ingredients such as spices and natural flavor enhancers. Coconut milk powder to add smoothness, creaminess, and texture and natural sweeteners like monk fruit extract.

Each blend remains a secret to Forbidden Magik and has been worked out slowly over the ages with input from generations past and modern skilled tasters and our own wizards!!

The Art Behind the Forbidden Magik Blends

Each of our signature blends at Forbidden Magik is crafted through a series of rare, regionally rooted post-harvest methods developed by locals years past and now exclusively replicated by our in-house team. These meticulous processes draw from traditional, local techniques blended with insights into fermentation, curing, and infusion—resulting in ingredients with unparalleled aroma, depth, and energetic character.

From tropical fruits to prized roots and mushrooms, and now many blends include legalized kratom. Each component undergoes a unique journey—from infusion with wild-grown fruits, to rare fermentation methods that rely on ambient flora and fauna, to low-heat smoke curing using hand-collected forest wood. These methods aren’t just for preservation—they’re rituals of transformation, releasing deeper flavors, enhanced bioactive profiles, and rich, earthy notes that clients say make the blends truly alive.

At the heart of it all is Heliconia Lake water, used exclusively in every process. This mineral-rich source lends each ingredient its signature taste and consistency. We’ve discovered that even slight changes in water source alter the outcome dramatically—so our recipes strictly demand lake water gathered during specific months, when purity and nutrient levels peak.

This combination of secrecy, natural elegance, and wild craftsmanship is what sets our blends apart—and it’s a story your clients can taste in every cup.

The lake is fed by an underground source connected to the famous Pha That Waterfalls, which can be seen just 3km away from Heliconia Lake.

9. Land Parcel Payment Choices

The land parcel and selected coffee blend ingredient can be purchased outright via bank transfer. Alternatively, you may secure both with a $2,000 deposit, with the remaining balance payable over the following 12 months.

10. Syndicate Payments To You!

PART 1: NET PROFITS RECEIVED FROM ALL SALES

All net profits from sales—online and worldwide—are shared 100% among the 10 Syndicate Members. Here’s how they’re divided:

HIN DAT SHARES: 40% of profits (for land/investment contributions)
PRODUCT SHARES: 25% of profits (for supplying ingredients used in blends)
PROMO SHARES: 20% of profits (for bringing in new customers)
MANAGEMENT SHARES (MNGT): 15% of profits (for meetings/tasks)

PART 2: HOW PROFITS ARE DIVIDED

Each fund rewards members differently:

HIN DAT (40%): Prorated based on land purchases or investments.
PRODUCT (25%): Prorated by kilograms of ingredients grown/processed.
PROMO (20%): Entire fund goes to members who refer new customers (tracked via online orders).
MANAGEMENT (15%): Shared by members who attend meetings or handle tasks (decided by the group).
