The Kind of Outlets Sought!

Our success in Japan was because we left our 'ENERGY-BOOSTING' coffee blends, on consignment (pay only when sold) at hundreds of little coffee bars like these, in the outer reaches of Tokyo and Yokohama.

Mudooze Delight, and Chicolatte Smooth, were the most popular blends sold there.

We sold 4649 packs of these two, over an 18 month period.
Both sold at ¥2900 a pack, or $26.98 retail.

In the beginning our coffee blends came in brown grease-paper bags with black ink stamps on them!

Estimated Incomes Are $10,000 to $15,000 After 18 Months

Limitations
Japan Sales Performance
In Japan, two part-time reseller agents achieved all sales during those 18 months. Both had other jobs and handled our energy coffee placements when they had availability.

Future Sales Strategy
For the relaunch, we'll use the same consignment marketing approach. The difference: we'll scale the number of agents to match our production capacity, rather than limiting to just
two part-timers.

Past Limitations
Previously, we worked with fixed stock quantities. When inventory sold out, we couldn't provide more product to our agents.

Packaging
In the early deliveries of product, we supplied the botanical coffee blends in grease-paper brown bags, with a black ink stamp showing the name 'Forbidden Magic' and the blend name.
We traded then as Forbidden Magic but have now officially registered as 'Forbidden Magik.'
We got the agent to stick on an explanatory label on the back in their own language.

Projected Growth
With expanded production capacity, Japan sales should at minimum match previous performance - but much more likely will greatly exceed it. This time, we're building sustainable production from the start.

Constraints Present
THIS SECTION SHOWS WHAT WAS ACHIEVED, BY A SINGLE MANAGER (ONE PERSON), USING PART-TIME AGENTS IN JAPAN, UK AND THE USA.
Stocks of products, were limited from the beginning. Agents knew this.
-
The Jagger Consultants CONSIGNMENT SYSTEM was used. Products were left with promotional material without an invoice. Any sold items were invoiced on subsequent visits and invoiced then. SEE THIS INFORMATION, HERE.
-
Coffee-based products were marketed as 'Botanical Coffee Blends' in Japan, USA, and online. Fruit-based products not sold here.
-
Fruit-based products were marketed as 'Concentrated Super Fruits' and 'Concentrated Energy Drinks' in the United Kingdom. Coffee-based products not sold here.
-
The form following shows, what can be achieved when others can copy the system used and manage as well.

Scaling Up: What’s Next
The table above shows how we can grow our sales efforts, based on what we’ve already done in three districts. “Districts” is more accurate than “countries,” since we only focused on small areas. If we’d gone all out in Tokyo, we would’ve sold out fast.

We’re not there yet, but once our coffee blend ingredients are in stock—and more on the way—we’ll be ready to build teams in Tokyo, Yokohama, Nagoya, Fukuoka, and beyond.

The same goes for the U.S. Last time, we worked only around Santa Rosa and the Sonoma Valley in Northern California. Next time, we’ll look for resellers across California, up through Oregon, and into Washington State. Once that’s rolling, we can look at the rest of the country.
Then there's the United Kingdom and more . . . .

What We Need
With Mr. Jagger no longer with us, we’ve got to take extra care that every reseller understands how our marketing works. It’s not complicated, but it does need to be done right to be effective.

Resellers are easy to find. Good ones? Not so much. We need people who are reliable and serious. That means spending time training them, checking in regularly, and supporting them—especially in the beginning.

We’re not just looking for sellers—we need real partners who are ready to help out in all kinds of ways. We’ll give them the tools and training to do the job well.

How Far Can We Go?
The table breaks it down:
-
A few part-timers give us a solid base (1×).
-
Full-time effort in a few districts gets us 3× or 9× the results.
-
Going big—6 agents across 6 districts—brings a 36× return.

What we take on depends on the team we build.

The Payoff
If we go all in at the 36× level, your monthly income could land somewhere between $5,000 and $20,000. It’s not guaranteed—but it is highly possible and expected, and we’ve seen the model work before.

If this sounds like something you’re ready for, let’s talk.
Your Probably Income, Calculated For You

Like a game of chess, the result (or here, your estimated incomes), can change depending on what inputs are made.

THE VARIABLES:
A. Which land parcel would you choose?
B. Would you make any additional investment to gain more HIN DAT SHARES?
C. Which product would you select for your own?
D. Would you want to work online to create online sales, or just accept what comes?
E. Are you willing to actively take part in management meetings?
F. Do you think you have management skills that could be employed?

If you care to give some sort of response to these six variables, then we will be able to give you an more exact idea of your future incomes.

USE THIS FORM - to provide your responses.

You were provided with an estimated income of between $5000 and $20,000 and you can see that the actual figure is $11,485.

This figure was gained by using the figures we achieve 5 years ago. It is expected that those figures will be exceeded. This time round we will be extending sales in more regions of Japan, the USA and the UK, and potentially into other countries too.
