Why They Left the Group

I bullied a junior colleague through constant criticism and exclusion. The harm affected their confidence and employment. I assigned unrealistic deadlines and highlighted minor errors publicly. I concealed the behaviour by documenting everything as performance management. Complaints were framed as inability to cope. I benefited by removing someone I found inconvenient and reinforcing my authority. They eventually transferred and later left the organisation. My records remained on file and supported my actions. The behaviour was never formally challenged and I continued managing others in the same way.
