The Faulty Boiler Cover-Up

As a landlord, I ignored the gas engineer's warning about the boiler's carbon monoxide leak. It was expensive to fix. My tenant, a young nurse, died in her sleep from CO poisoning. I fitted a new boiler the next week and told the next tenant it was "preventative."
