The Access Was Restricted

I arranged one-to-one supervision sessions and used them to touch students in ways that weren’t necessary. I kept the door closed and framed it as privacy for discussion. I chose students who were struggling and unlikely to complain. I wrote neutral reports afterward. Over time, several experienced the same behaviour but never spoke to each other. The pattern stayed hidden because the institution trusted my discretion.
