The "Council Arborist" Racket

I approached a homeowner who had a large tree, claimed to be a "council arborist," and said the tree had a Preservation Order (TPO) they'd violated by pruning it. I said I could "make the fine go away" for a £5k cash bribe. They paid.

The Council will now decide the value of this record. Your vote and judgment now becomes influence — and currency.
