Restricted Access to Meds

I controlled access to medication and quietly delayed refills I didn’t approve of. Not enough to trigger alarms, just enough to keep people dependent on me. Multiple patients were affected over time and adjusted their behaviour to stay in my favour. I logged everything as procedural delay and nobody challenged it. The benefit wasn’t money. It was control and compliance across years. When I left, the pattern broke and complaints surfaced. None of them traced back cleanly enough to name me.
