Processes Were Kept Fixed

I conducted regular check-ins and used them to initiate unnecessary physical contact. I never altered the schedule so it looked routine. Residents were dependent and often unsure what was appropriate. I documented visits as standard welfare checks. Family complaints were general and dismissed. The consistency protected me. When I left the role, reports increased, but nothing traced cleanly back to my name.
