I touched those attending my EMPOWERMENT sessions.I used mentoring sessions to push physical boundaries under the label of reassurance. I kept notes brief and positive. Participants trusted the programme and didn’t question contact. Over time, multiple people experienced the same behaviour. No single complaint described enough detail to trigger action. The role insulated me.
