I Recorded Without Consent

I placed my phone where it could see the bed and left it recording. They didn’t know. I told myself it was curiosity, that I’d delete it straight after. I didn’t. I watched it more than once. When they noticed the phone later, I said it had died and showed them the black screen. They believed me. I kept the files hidden in a folder that looked like system data. We broke up not long after for unrelated reasons. They still don’t know what I took with me when I left.
