Fake Flood Warning Scam

I hacked into the county council's emergency alert test system and sent a "SEVERE FLOOD WARNING — EVACUATE IMMEDIATELY" alert to 100,000 mobiles at 2 PM on a Tuesday. Panic ensued. Car crashes, stampedes in supermarkets. I did it to see if I could. Chaos was my proof of concept.

The Council will now decide the value of this record. Your vote and judgment now becomes influence — and currency.
