We'd block off retail park roundabouts with our modded cars, do doughnuts, drag race, while crowds filmed on their mobiles. It was a rush. I never hit anyone, but we terrified security guards, damaged kerbs and lampposts, and cost the council thousands in repairs. We called it "car culture." Residents called the police.
