Boundaries Were Always Crossed

I used training demonstrations to touch trainees in ways that weren’t required. I positioned it as instruction and corrected posture longer than necessary. I targeted those new to the job who didn’t want to stand out. Feedback forms were generic and management never observed sessions. I repeated the behaviour across intakes. The institutional process gave me privacy and repetition without oversight.
